The Wranglers Loyalty Program is sponsored and administered by Tom's Hay Farm and is available to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher). The program allows participants to earn points on purchases and certain actions, which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. No purchase is required to join, and membership is free for eligible individuals. Tom's Hay Farm is solely responsible for operating the program and processing redemptions. Qualifying purchases must be made through www.tomshayfarm.com or via customer support.
Tom's Hay Farm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on the website. No individual notice will be provided, so please check periodically for changes. Significant modifications may be communicated via email if an address is on file. The program may be suspended, altered, or terminated at Tom's Hay Farm's discretion, with earned points honored to the extent feasible. Points have no cash value outside of redemptions and cannot be transferred or sold.
Membership Eligibility and Enrollment
The program is open to all eligible individuals except resellers (those purchasing products for resale or commercial profit, such as wholesalers). Resellers are not permitted to participate, and membership may be revoked if reseller activity is identified. The program is intended for individual consumers, including farmers and rural households using products for personal or non-commercial purposes.
To enroll, create a free account on the website by providing your name, email address, and phone number, or sign up during checkout. A valid email address is required for communications and rewards notifications. Only one membership per person is allowed; multiple accounts may result in cancellation and forfeiture of points. Accounts cannot be combined, and providing false information may lead to termination. Earning and Redeeming Points
Participants earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible products (excluding taxes, shipping, and gift cards). Points are credited to the account after the transaction or action is processed, typically within a few days.

Limitations and Exclusions

Termination and Cancellation

Cancellation may take up to 4 weeks to process, after which the membership ends and any unredeemed points or benefits are forfeited, with no option for reinstatement or transfer.
Tom's Hay Farm may terminate a membership or the program for any reason, including violations, fraud, or technical issues. In such cases, no liability is assumed, and earned points may or may not be redeemable at Tom's Hay Farm's discretion.
Privacy and Data
